The Washington Japanese Language Nomikai Group
|
As is quite self-explanatory in the name, we are a very casual after-work/weekend group which obviously involves a LITTLE BIT of drinking (hence the name "Nomikai"). You do not have to speak Japanese nor drink to join us but show us the will to learn. Some members are impressively fluent (let alone our Japanese members). This meetup offers a unique opportunity of learning Japanese in a very comfortable environment while beer amplifies our learning capacity of the Japanese language. Many people find themselves better at foreign languages when there is little alcohol in the system. (Not a scientific conclusion but many would agree..... ^_^)
