Hi there. We try to meet twice in a month so far.
I just wanted to know how many of you like to meet every week. Probably I cannot make it every week but if we have enough people, maybe someone can organize the rest. Please hear from you all. Thanks :)

I could probably do that. The more practice for me the better. After meeting everyone, I feel like I have been slacking in my studies anyway.lol. Weekly meetings would be a greater motivation for me to keep moving forward with study.

How about a suggested topic for each meeting (or each month or whatever)? Perhaps something seasonal or something unique to Japanese culture. Since it is a language meetup, it may be interesting to encourage people to find examples of their favorite Japanese words or phrases pertaining to a specific topic. Then we can all present them and discuss. It may be a good way to start some very interesting conversations!

Just an idea. Let me know what you think.

I can't make a weekly meet-up, but will definitely come when I can. I enjoyed the last one and really had a chance to practice my Japanese!
