 meet-up\, we are looking to have a Gyoza making and eating party!\nVenue wi
 ll probably be at someone's house\, volunteer's welcome! Gyoza is the fried
  dumplings that we usually get as appetizers at a Japanese restaurant. They
  come in many flavors in Japan as opposed to the usual pork ones we get her
 e in the states. I am hoping we can make two or three kinds depending on pe
 ople's tastes. Suggestions on types would be appreciated. Initial thoughts
