Meet and mingle with local Japanese language and culture lovers! Our Aims are to help Tokyo Japanese-English Language and Culture Meetup Group was found in 2006 to help people from other countries actively engaged with local people of Japan. The group is composed of people who have passion in sharing interest in Japanese or English language and culture. The Tokyo J-ELC group meets at least once a month and would like to encourage the long term friendship between members. Therefore we have the membership system. People can also attend the meeting as a visitor as well. The organizer of the group has been involved in cultural and educational exchanges for more than a decade in many countries with a variety of groups.
