Introduction: I'm a haiku poet, and have been studying Japanese to better understand the choices made by Basho and Issa. But like many poets, I need to actually use a language to get an intuitive "feel" for it.
Why do you want to join?: I've been studying Japanese for nearly two years, but I don't get much chance to practice, so I've already started to forget what I've learned.
How long have you spoken your second language?: My second language is German, but that's a very long story. My third is French, but that's a very short story. There have also been hiccups in Italian, Norwegian, etc.
