Introduction
Was on here in 2003/4 for awhile. Moved away, and am back again. Spent quite a few years total in Japan in the '90's. Currently a bilingual J/E SAHM in NW Calgary. Looking forward to meeting some others.

"I find, that if it 's a Japanese Sensei (teacher) that they will pay more attention to the Mind/Body/Spirit balance by using more Seiza and Mokuso. Western teachers have a tendency to put more emphasis on the sport and winning."
