This is an annual family-friendly event by the NJCA.

Balloon-fishing, lottery, paper balloons, bamboo hand-copters, fishing for rubber gold fish, yakisoba, octopus balls, okonomiyaki, squid balls, oden, red bean jelly, shaved ice treats, and much more.

There is an entrance fee of $2.00 per person for non-members of the NJCA.

The festival will last until about 4:00pm.
